Corrections

This site publishes a lot of specific figures — guarantee thresholds, slat gaps, trial lengths — and terms change. If something here is out of date or wrong, please say so, and if you can point to the page it came from, better still.

Corrections are made on the page, with a note saying what changed and when. We do not quietly edit and move on.

Brands and retailers

If a figure attributed to your company is inaccurate or has changed, get in touch and it will be corrected. If you would like a figure removed because it is no longer current, we will update it to the current one rather than delete it.

We do not accept sponsored posts, paid links, guest articles or product placements, and we do not publish press releases.

Getting in touch

We cannot give individual advice on which mattress to buy, and we cannot help with a specific dispute with a retailer. For the latter, Citizens Advice is the right place to start — your rights are against the shop that sold it, not the manufacturer.
